Gawron Turgeon Architects assisted with Casey Family Services’ search for a new office location and the design of their Maine Division in the former J.J. Nissen Bakery in Portland.
When considering this location, Casey Family Services initially had a hard time picturing themselves in this former bakery / warehouse space. Gawron Turgeon Architects helped Casey Family Services to visualize the former flour silo as their conference room, the windows enlarged and repositioned for views of Back Cove, and other ways this 100 year old structure could be converted into an efficient office space.
The design of this open, innovative Class A office space was instrumental in helping to market the possibilities to other potential tenants as well.
Gawron Turgeon Architects also has designed projects for Casey Family Services in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
