Gawron Turgeon Architects designed the original facility nearly thirty years ago. The development of the facility centers on providing a residential atmosphere promoting informal interaction between residents, their families and the living spaces.

Gawron Turgeon Architects designed a new replacement facility for CASA since resident care has changed dramatically since the building was constructed.  The original facility was intended for the occupancy of children with developmental disabilities and their unique needs. Those children are now adults requiring very different levels of care, equipment and spatial requirements.
