Gawron Turgeon Architects worked on this new branch building for cPort Credit Union at a formerly abandoned restaurant site.
The 2,700 SF new building is one-story, with wood frame and traditional roof. Concrete frost walls and standard spread footings construction and pre-engineered wood trusses were used. Mechanical system includes air handling units, and a high-efficiency air conditioning system.
The interior spaces include 4 teller lines, 4 offices, and kitchenette; also 2 restrooms, conference room, mechanical and server room, a janitor’s closet and a safe room.
